Rex has a background in general management, marketing, manufacturing, finance and personnel and strategic development covering 30 years at both the corporate and business owner level. As an active public speaker and trainer, he is able to bring `real life' into what he undertakes and a sense of the theoretical meeting the practical. His experience base covers retail (hard, soft and grocery), wholesale and direct sales, finance, and manufacturing. He is a lateral thinker and problem solver. Rex is able to overview situations and work with people to create sustainable outcomes. He knows that the majority of development is about behavioural change.
