Reporting To: National Sales Manager located in Victoria
The position has experienced other sales people already in place who can mentor.

If you are currently working at senior key account level, and are able to demonstrate existing networks and a history of seeking and winning large accounts - you are a main game player, then ring Rex and convince him!

Strong BD role engaged in the Construction, Architect and Building space, again with networks which will easily translate to our products and services, ring Rex.

Signage experience not necessary as training is given, experience across professional, architectural, engineering would assist.

This position is responsible for expanding new business opportunities within the state market and also through some existing accounts; using effective account management strategies to capitalize on rewarding and profitable long-term business relationships as well as developing strategic new business with key account targets.

A. Key Accountabilities - Major Activities

1. Responsible for the planning and research activities associated with the account management role within the defined region/ business unit

2. Responsible for the execution of the sales and marketing strategies in order to secure NEW business in alignment with agreed budgets and profitability statements

3. Responsible for the development of additional sales within the EXISTING client base and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective Account Management Techniques

4. Responsible for all administrative tasks associated with the Account Executive function in order to provide a professional service to customers and maintain internal quality standards. 

5. Responsible for the display of personal leadership qualities in alignment with the organizations SPIRET ideals and for the attainment of Service Performance Indicators specific to the role 

6. Actively participates in Continuously Improving the organisation by engaging in Improvement Projects

Whilst preferred, you need not have past experience in the signage business - you must have previous senior sales experience!
